Welcome to Real Trim Lawncare, LC ("Company", "we" "our," or "us,"). B accessing our website, booking services, or working with us, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. 

Services Provided 

We provide professional lawncare and related services, including but not limited to mowing, edging, trimming, cleanup, and hauling. The specific services, pricing, and schedule will be outline in your service agreement or invoice. 

Payments 

A deposit or partial payment may be required to secure services.

Final payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

Acceted forms of payment include ({list method:  cash, credit/debit, Eletronic transfer, etc.]

Late payments may incur a fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service.

Same-day cancellations may result in service fee of 25% of booked services.

Services may be rescheduled at no additional cost due to weather, unsafe conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Refunds & Service Quality

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify use within 24 hours. We will attempt to correct the issue promptly.

Refunds are granted only at managements discretion and according to our Refund policy.

 Customer Responsibilities 
 
Customers must ensure that lawns and property areas are free of obstacles (e.g., toys, furniture, vehicles, pet waste, or debris) before service. Failure you to comply could result in cancellation of services with no refund provided. 

Pets and children must be kept indoors during service for the safety of all parties. 

Access to water, power, and gate entry (if applicable) must be provided if needed. 

Liability Disclaimer

While we take care in providing services, Real Trim Lawncare, LLC is not liable for:
Pre existing lawn or property damage.

Damage caused by hidden objects, (sprinklers, wires, rocks etc.).

Injury or harm resulting from misuse of your property or failure to follow safety guidelines.

Our liability if limited to the cost of the service provided. 

Weather & Seasonal Conditions 

Services are subject to change due to weather, ground conditions, or other uncontrollable factors. We reserve the right to reschedule or modify services accordingly.

Website Use

All content on our website (text, images, logos, and designs) is the property of Real Trim Lawncare, LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activity that disrupts its function.

Change to Terms 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the last updated date.
