At Real Trim LawnCare, LLC we take pride in providing quality, reliable, lawncare services to every customer. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind our work.
Refunds & Service Adjustments
If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will gladly return to address the issue at no additional cost. If the issue cannot be resolved within 24 hours, reasonably resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued at the discretion of management. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days once approved.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Same-day cancellations may result in a service fee of 25% of booked services.
Weather & Safety
In the event of weather delays or unsafe conditions, services will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided for weather-related delays.
